I joined as a trainee solicitor and from the outset of my training contract, I felt well supported and I had the opportunity to work on high quality matters with plenty of client exposure at an early stage.  When I qualified, I already had my own caseload which included matters of various case types and complexity and I immediately felt a valued part of the team.  In the years since my qualification, my experience of working at the firm has remained consistently positive, senior colleagues remain supportive and I continue to find the work both challenging and rewarding in equal measure.
