Corporate and Commercial - Thames Gateway

This position is suitable for an NQ or a solicitor with a couple of years experience in this area and is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn and progress. The position provides good long term career prospects and from the outset you will get involved in excellent technical work and business development opportunities. You will have your own clients as well as working with experienced teams on larger matters. Based in our Thames Gateway office the position will enable the successful candidate to take full advantage of the investment and commercial opportunities flowing into the region.

Corporate and Commercial - Tunbridge Wells

Another opportunity in our Corporate and Commercial team but based at our Tunbridge Wells office, this opportunity is also suitable for an NQ or a slightly more experienced solicitor. You will be responsible for running your own caseload and there will be the opportunity to get involved in big transactions assisting with due diligence and disclosure. The caseload can be split between commercial and corporate work depending on the successful candidate's preference. There is also the chance to get involved with both the team's and the firm's business development activities. 

Commercial Property - Thames Gateway

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to bring their legal and marketing skills to our Thames Gateway office to take full advantage of the investment and commercial opportunities flowing into the region. We are looking for a commercially focused team player with the technical skills and experience to get involved in handling acquisition, disposal and letting of all types of commercial property, landlord and tenant, regeneration and corporate support. The successful candidate will enjoy all the support and infrastructure of a large well established firm including specialist construction, litigation and PSL support.

Private Client - Tunbridge Wells

We are looking to recruit a senior member to join our well established Private Client team.
