We aided our client in responding to a claim by a job applicant that their interview process was discriminatory.

The applicant was autistic and could not answer hypothetical questions. Our guidance enabled our client to demonstrate that it had made reasonable adjustments to the interview process in response to the applicant’s disability and that no discrimination had occurred.
