Advising a school

Advising a school about the incorporation of a company as a charity in order for the school to raise money for a specialist sports-based and arts facility with a focus on special needs. We were instructed to advise on and create the best vehicle which could raise money for the new facility. It was decided that they should use a company limited by guarantee which would then be registered as a charity. We incorporated the new company and drafted bespoke articles for this particular charity which was appropriate for its intended purpose.
