Thomson Snell & Passmore advised London digital agency Chameleon Net Limited in relation to their merger with London direct marketing agency Watson Phillips Norman.
London based creative agencies Chameleon Net Limited (Chameleon) and Watson Phillips Norman (WPN) have merged to create a new enlarged London firm.
Chameleon are a digital agency based in Soho, London delivering effective and creative digital solutions for their third sector clients. They have over fifteen years of design, development and digital marketing experience. WPN, are an award winning London based direct marketing agency.
The combined firm WPN Chameleon brings the two London organisations together, to enable them to offer a service to their clients across all media, both on and off-line.
The agencies between them have a notable third sector client list that includes work undertaken for Which?, Friends of the Earth, Oxfam, Unicef, Shelter, Dogs Trust and Great Ormond Street.
