An element of our CSR policy is about how we consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of our activities on other people in the firm.

• We maintain best practice in our HR and Health & Safety policies and procedures, including independent audit
• We have a Give as You Earn payroll giving scheme
• We raise awareness with our people of environmental impacts to ensure the effectiveness of our environmental policy. We make our contractors and suppliers aware of it
• Travel policies which encourage the use of public transport, particularly for longer journeys. The firm's offices are located close to mainline stations.
