Press release"Partnerships in Action - Focus on Medway" Thomson Snell & Passmore took part in the "Partnerships in Action - Focus on Medway" conference in Chatham on 30 June 2008. Organisations from the public, private and voluntary sectors attended the conference which focused on increasing opportunities to explore and improve ways in which the three sectors can work in partnership in Medway. Richard Ellard, a Partner in the Commercial Property Department at Thomson Snell & Passmore, lead a morning workshop which focused on how collaboration and partnerships between the private and public sector can lead to exciting and successful development opportunities. Wendy Mesher from Medway Renaissance, joined Richard and highlighted the public sector benefits of collaboration with land owners, developers and funders on regeneration and renewal projects. Organisations taking part in the conference included Medway Council, the University of Greenwich, SEEDA and the Thames Gateway Chamber of Commerce. Thomson Snell & Passmore has many clients involved in regeneration and renewal projects and also acts for many businesses with land available for development. Richard Ellard commented "there are fantastic development opportunities in the Thames Gateway and in particular Medway.
