Thomson Snell & Passmore continues expansion

Thomson Snell & Passmore has continued the expansion of its Commercial Client Group by welcoming employment Partner Susanna Gilmartin to the firm.

Susanna previously headed up the employment team in Vizards Wyeth's London office. In addition to providing day-to-day advice and support on the full range of employment issues employers and employees face, Susanna has specific expertise in business restructures and reorganisation issues, collective redundancies, advising and negotiating exit strategies and staff transfers in acquisitions and mergers.

Susanna primarily advises commercial clients and has considerable experience and knowledge of the construction, education, retail and insurance sectors.
