Kent man sustains brain injury in bizarre tractor accident

This case study demonstrates the expertise of our Personal Injury team who recently secured compensation of a six figured sum for a client from Sevenoaks, Kent for traumatic brain injuries sustained in a bizarre road traffic accident.

The injured man suffered a fractured skull when he was thrown around the cab of the tractor he was driving when it collided with a car driven by his brother.

This bizarre accident led to on going problems for the client. Rehabilitation and treatment were obtained for the client in the compensation claim before the case was ultimately settled out of court. The treatment included speech and language therapy. He was provided with equipment and techniques to combat his memory loss with which he was likely to have problems for the rest of his life. All of the treatment was paid for by the defendant's insurers.

Jonathan Clement, Partner, was assisted throughout by colleagues Dominique Parker and James Cahan.
