Thomson Snell & Passmore announces the appointment of Lynne Foster who joins the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team as a Legal Executive

Formerly of Pictons Solicitors LLP, Lynne Foster has a wealth of experience advising clients on many aspects of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury in several areas including obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, catastrophic brain injury, oncology, cardiology, general surgery, paediatrics, haematology, ophthalmology and general practice.

The Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team at Thomson Snell & Passmore handles claims for compensation arising from clinical negligence causing personal injury, death and/or economic loss arising from GP Negligence, Dental Negligence, NHS or Privately Funded Hospital Negligence and Privately Funded Health Practitioner's Negligence.

Lynne is a member of Association Personal Injury Lawyers and regularly attends AvMA Special Interest Group meetings. Until her recent move she was a panel member of the Road Victims Trust in Bedford, acting as a pro bono advocate for bereaved families at inquests.
