Thomson Snell & Passmore advise Flambeau EuroPlast Limited on strategic acquisition

Thomson Snell & Passmore advised new client, Flambeau EuroPlast Limited (Flambeau) in connection with the acquisition of the branded plastics business of AIM listed company, Stadium Group plc (Stadium).

Under the terms of the deal, Flambeau acquired Stadium Building Products and Quest which is a leading UK manufacturer of infant and baby care products. James Herbert, Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial led the team acting for Flambeau, assisted by Senior Associate, Joel Kelly and Assistant Solicitor, Fiona Dott, who advised on the intellectual property aspects.  Nick Hobden, Partner and Head of Employment, together with Senior Associate, James Willis advised on TUPE and employment integration issues. Felicity Warran-Smith, Partner advised on the terms of the short term lease entered into between Flambeau and Stadium at completion.
