Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and specialises in divorce and financial relief, wealth preservation and cohabitee disputes.  Helen is also member of Resolution and is also trained as a collaborative lawyer.

Joanna Pratt, Partner and Head of the Family team, said:

“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Partner Kirstie Law and Associate Helen Waite to the Family team. With Kirstie joining, the team now has four ‘leaders in their field’ ranked in Chambers UK, an independent guide to the legal profession and is an extremely strong team in the region. Kirstie and Helen fit particularly well within the team – both in terms of experience and culture – and will further enhance our offering and service to our clients.”

Commenting on her appointment Kirstie said:

“The Family team at Thomson Snell & Passmore has an excellent reputation and its lawyers are well regarded by the profession and their clients. I hope my experience and contacts will further help the team to grow and I very much look forward to working with my new colleagues.”
