• Managing all of Eddie Fardell's Court of Protection bank accounts
• Completion of all annual Court of Protection accounts
• Management of carers and payment of their wages
• Dealing with carers' PAYE payments.

Profile

Louise joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 1993. Louise originally joined as a float secretary but after six months moved to the Private Client Department and worked for Eddie Fardell as his secretary. During this time Louise began to deal with more and more Court of Protection work and increasingly dealt with clients, carers and administrative work before progressing to a Legal Assistant in 2005.
