- Advising on estate planning including inheritance tax planning advice and drafting Wills for clients with a wide range of requirements, with special interest and expertise in advising families of individuals with disabilities.
- Advising on and preparing documentation relating to the creation of trusts, issues arising during the life of trusts, the termination of trusts, and in relation to pension and life insurance death benefits to maximise inheritance tax efficiency.

Achievements and other appointments
Mary is a student member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners studying for full membership. She is listed as a Specialist Solicitor by The Home Farm Trust Ltd (HFT), a national charity providing long term support for people with learning disabilities, and has given talks to Mencap, Kent Autistic Trust and Tunbridge Wells Mental Health Services for Older People.

Profile
Mary read Classical Civilisation at the University of Leeds. She then worked for a major academic Publishing House before pursuing a career in the law. Mary studied for the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London before joining the firm as a trainee in 2001. She qualified in September 2003.
