Sarah has previously worked in private practice and as a consultant solicitor acting for a wide range of companies, property funds and individuals on matters including:
- acquisitions of new build leasehold properties for a restaurant chain
- acquisitions, disposals and lettings of investment properties and investment portfolio management
- the sale of a multi million pound property portfolio
- the set up of a letting scheme for a mixed use estate
- negotiating financing and refinancing documentation
- advising on property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
Achievements and other appointments
Sarah's role is mainly to update the commercial property team in respect of changes in the law and important points of practice. Sarah is responsible for ensuring all our precedents are kept up to date.
Sarah is the legal expert for House Beautiful magazine and has written various articles on issues affecting commercial property.
Profile
Sarah qualified in 2002 and worked for another large local firm before moving to a US law firm in the city. Most recently Sarah has worked as a consultant solicitor for a property company.
