  • Porton Down - as reported on the BBC news and in The Lawyer we represented the family of Ronald Maddison at the second inquest into his death in 1953. After what was then the longest inquest in British legal history an "unlawful killing" verdict was recorded. A subsequent multi-party litigation for other volunteers was settled for £3 million with an apology being given in the House of Commons.   • LSD 'mind control' human experiments - MI6 (Special Intelligence Services) at Porton Down as reported in The Guardian.
  • Lindane - Rentokil/Cuprinol pesticide wood treatment claims.
  • Dioxins - the Coalite environmental pollution claims for farming losses [settled for £330.000.00]. Also Yates v Rentokil. First UK dioxin/PCP (Pentachlorophenol) PI claim [occupational exposure] settled for soft tissue sarcoma.
