- Porton Down - as reported on the BBC news and in The Lawyer we represented the family of Ronald Maddison at the second inquest into his death in 1953. After what was then the longest inquest in British legal history an "unlawful killing" verdict was recorded. A subsequent multi-party litigation for other volunteers was settled for £3 million with an apology being given in the House of Commons.
