We regularly review, advise and negotiate commercial contracts for services, agency and distribution, outsourcing, licensing, maintenance and support and standard terms of business.

Our aim is to ensure that the solutions which we propose provide a robust and commercially appropriate contractual framework which accurately and practically achieves the parties' intentions. We recognise the importance of helping our clients to enter into contracts which minimise their risk but at the same time work on a practical day-to-day basis.
