We have considerable experience in corporate insolvency; helping companies experiencing financial difficulties to restructure their affairs or, if it cannot be avoided, to assist them through various insolvency procedures.

The team also has extensive experience of acting for liquidators, administrators and receivers in relation to issues arising during the insolvency process and the realisation of assets.  

In addition: 

• we act for directors in relation to disqualification proceedings against them and other actions brought by liquidators and regulatory bodies
• we act for buyers purchasing businesses and assets from liquidators, administrators and receivers
• we assist creditors pursuing their debts against insolvent companies and ensuring their interests are represented during insolvency proceedings
• we advise in relation to the solvent liquidation of companies and striking companies off the Register of Companies at Companies House.
