Our experienced team regularly handle disputes arising from shareholders agreements, unfair prejudice to minority shareholders and breach of directors' fiduciary duties, as well as disputes based on company and insolvency legislation. In addition we handle disputes relating to partnerships and LLPs, recognising the sensitive nature of such matters.

We also deal constantly with a wide variety of commercial disputes ranging from debt-collection and trading disputes to complex breach of warranty and international claims, including claims based on gaming debts. We have specialist expertise on copyright, design right, patent and trademark infringements, passing off, domain name and other IT disputes and in conjunction with our Corporate & Commercial teams we advise clients on Data Protection, Freedom of Information, financial services and other regulatory issues.

A particular specialism is competition law work, where we provide compliance advice and training as well as standing by to handle dawn raids or other investigations by the Office of Fair Trading and any related court or tribunal cases and leniency applications.
