We have significant expertise in gaming law, acting for large casinos in London and abroad. We have a thorough understanding of gaming legislation including the Gambling Act 2005 and caselaw which, when added to our experience of handling all types of international disputes and our strong connections with overseas lawyers, enables us to run a heavy caseload of high value and important gaming debt recovery work.

We also advise clients on obtaining Premises and Personal Licences, Temporary Event Notices (TENs) and variations and transfers of licences for restaurants, off-licences, public houses and hotels. We are able to steer clients through the often complex local authority application and consultation procedures imposed under the Licensing Act 2003.
