Professional negligence

Our team represent clients involved in litigation or who are the subject of disciplinary actions. We have had many years' of experience in defending solicitors and are able to bring that experience to bear in acting for both claimants and defendants. We also have good links with specialist professional negligence counsel and with experienced expert witnesses. 

We fully realise clients' desires to minimise risk and actively look for opportunities to offer conditional fee agreements and/or After the Event insurance policies to claimants in appropriate cases.
