Grant of representation

We provide grant-only services for executors and administrators.

We offer a variety of fixed fee services aimed at personal representatives who only require help in obtaining a grant of representation (either a Grant of Probate or a Grant of Letters of Administration).

Which service applies in a particular case will depend on where the deceased was legally domiciled at the date of death, and on the size and nature of the estate.

We also offer a fixed fee service for full Estate Administration, or can provide ancillary help to personal representatives through Executor Support.
