Our Plot Sales team is able to deal with all aspects of plot sales including:
- preparation of paperwork for both leasehold and freehold residential estates including approval of the estate plans with the Land Registry
- the setting up and handover of a management company for the management of communal areas on the estate
- negotiations with utility providers for the provision of services to the estate and completion of appropriate deeds of easement.
- the conveyancing process for the sale of the plots including the acquisition and disposal of properties in part exchange.
We know that communication is an important part of the process. We provide regular progression reports to you and your site agents in a format most convenient to you.
Our Property Development team deals with all aspects of site acquisitions and we work closely with them to provide a seamless service from the start of an acquisition of a site to the eventual disposal of the developed estate.
