The team works with a number of leading housebuilders and developers in the acquisition and subsequent disposal of all kinds of residential estates and business developments. It also works closely with landowners and landed estates all over the country in advising on promotion of land for development and the negotiation of options and conditional contract with developers.

Site Acquisition
Negotiation of land purchase agreements including options, conditional contracts and participation agreements.

Land Disposal
Negotiation of agreements between landowners and developers for the disposal of potential development land, agreements for the disposal of land with existing planning permission and site assemblies.

Working, normally as part of a team with an agent and a planner, to promote land in emerging statutory and local planning policies including representations at consultation stages and at inquiries.

Planning
Negotiation and drafting of planning obligations as part of first instance applications or appeals.

Negotiation of agreements for construction and adoption of roads, sewers and other infrastructure.

Plot disposals
The setting up of selling/letting schemes, including management companies or residents associations, and the sale or letting of new residential or commercial units.
