As the coronavirus continues to cause disruption and uncertainty across every aspect of daily life, we wanted to outline the steps we have taken in response to the pandemic, and give reassurance that our commitment to the wellbeing of our team as well as to providing exceptional client service, remains as steadfast as ever.
Working practices during lockdown
The majority of staff are continuing to work from home for the time being. We have a well-established and secure home working programme, which is allowing us to continue to deliver a high level of client service. In addition, reduced teams are in place across both offices to help support clients and colleagues. All staff can still be contacted via their normal email addresses and phone numbers.
While client meetings will continue to be conducted via video conferencing or telephone wherever possible, if there is an essential requirement, you can now book an appointment at either our Thames Gateway or Tunbridge Wells office.
We have put in place a wide range of measures to keep our clients and staff safe details of which can be found here.
Any client who attends the offices will be signed in by Concierge/Reception and details kept of the dates and times of their attendance for the purposes of NHS Test and Trace. If you have booked a meeting at our offices, please fill in the Test and Trace consent form here. Alternatively, you can use the NHS COVID-19 app to scan the QR code displayed at our offices.
Business continuity planning
We have a comprehensive business continuity plan and our business continuity planning teams have been meeting regularly. Bringing together expertise from across risk, IT, HR, finance and communications, these teams have been monitoring the situation closely and making recommendations to make sure that our people’s health and wellbeing is prioritised and our clients supported.
We are following the latest guidance from the Government and Public Health England, and will continue to do so. As the Government looks to gradually ease lockdown restrictions, we will be undertaking extensive planning and preparations to ensure the health and safety of our people, clients and other key stakeholders is maintained.
