    Sue Lister worked to a tight deadline to prepare complex documentation in support of our client’s commercial deal. Her approach ensured everything completed on time.

    We act for a client which owns land near Heathrow. Our client needed to quickly arrange a sand and gravel extraction lease to meet its commercial needs. The deal was complicated as the tenant had other excavations nearby and needed to process everything on our client’s site. There was also a complicated royalties system and a third party presence on our client’s land. Sue Lister worked to a tight deadline to put our client’s ownership of its land in order and prepare a tailor made agreement, headlease and mineral lease which met the client’s business plans. Sue’s commercial approach ensured the client could get on with its business.
