We act for a client which owns land near Heathrow. Our client needed to quickly arrange a sand and gravel extraction lease to meet its commercial needs. The deal was complicated as the tenant had other excavations nearby and needed to process everything on our client’s site. There was also a complicated royalties system and a third party presence on our client’s land. We worked to a tight deadline to put our client’s ownership of its land in order and prepare a tailor made agreement, headlease and mineral lease which met the client’s business plans. Our commercial approach ensured the client could get on with its business.
