Purchase of Wrexham Park

The corporate team recently completed the purchase of a Golf Club, Wrexham Park Golf and Leisure Centre Limited (Wrexham Park) for an undisclosed sum.

Wrexham Park is one of the South East’s most popular, family friendly golf venues and is seen as an important place in the local community which boasts 27 holes over 2 different courses and employs more than 35 people.

The new owners, Toureen Group, had long been admirers of Wrexham Park prior to acquiring the venue, enjoying the heritage of the club and its place within the heart of the community.

The Toureen Group is a long standing commercial client of Thomson Snell & Passmore. The Toureen Group was founded in 1991 supplying a range of specialist construction services. Since then the Group has expanded considerably in both the scale and complexity of individual projects it undertakes. It has a current turnover in excess of £75 million per annum.

Joanne Gallagher led and project managed the acquisition team at Thomson Snell & Passmore for Toureen Group. Joanne was assisted by Faye Cook (Corporate) and Alex Lewsley.
