    We acted for a client in connection with a successful adverse possession claim under the Land Registration Act 2002.  We made an application to the Land Registry that was opposed by the owner of the neighbouring property.  We were able to collate evidence to satisfy the conditions under Schedule 6 of the 2002 Act that was accepted by the Land Registry.  The success of the application was of particular importance to the client who was in the process of selling their property including the land in question.
