Advising on 20 year lease for a pub in Bermondsey

We were delighted to assist on the letting of the Hand & Marigold public house in Bermondsey.

A traditional Victorian pub in the heart of Bermondsey is due to be brought back to life to serve the vibrant local community and beyond. We assisted on the lease documentation for a new 20-year lease of the pub to an independent pub company. This included advice on the lease and rent deposit deed as well as the advice and commercial guidance around the transaction and insight to an unfamiliar process for the client.
