Advising Pancreatic Cancer UK, a national cancer charity who that required property advice in quick succession with the taking of two a new short term leases within their its head office building and the grant of a further licence for alterations within their offices. The matters were important to the charity as they relate to the charity’s head office. They were more complicated than usual as there were two superior interests to deal with. These instructions were swiftly followed by an instruction for a lease of PCUK’s new London head office which had to be completed within a short timeframe as there was competition for the space. We adhered to the timetable and completed matters to the client’s satisfaction.
