Construction documentation for a development company

We have provided our client, a relatively young development company, with a bespoke suite of construction documents to allow the company to contract on its own terms as it moves further into development and construction.

We have provided schedules of amendments to standard form construction contracts, letters of appointment for consultants, schedules of services for various consultancy disciplines and forms of collateral warranty. Alongside these documents, we have provided advice as to how and when these documents should be used.
