Dispute in connection with dissolution of farming partnership

The partnership came to an end in an acrimonious manner. The partners agreed to share the assets, including land, and entered into a settlement deed to give effect to this and dissolve the partnership. At a later point, our client’s sibling felt that our client’s land share was more valuable and attempted to block the dissolution.
