Dispute relating to bridge resurfacing works

We were instructed by our client in regards to a contract for resurfacing and refurbishment works to a road bridge in London. The client had a dispute with a subcontractor in relation to ambiguity and inconsistencies between the measurement mechanism in our client’s contract and subcontract, and issues arising from an informal novation of the subcontractor’s contract.
