Enforcement notices withdrawn following successful negotiations

The client was issued with two enforcement notices relating to a parcel of land to the side of a motorway. The land had been trespassed upon, with caravans and hard standing left on site without the authority of the client. On behalf of the client, two appeals were submitted against the notices.

Through negotiations with the local authority, the site was cleared of obstruction, the register of local land charges was amended to reflect compliance with the notices, and the client was happy to withdraw its appeals.

This cooperative resolution avoided our client the time, stress, and expense that would have otherwise been incurred in continuing with its appeals.
