    We acted for a company in connection with an enfranchisement claim by a group of tenants who were also directors and members of the company.  The claim involved one of three adjoining buildings in central London owned by the company and required careful consideration of the rights (such as access, drainage etc.) to be reserved for the benefit of the two buildings retained by the client.  In addition we advised in connection with the division of the service charge fund, the retirement of company directors and the surrender of shares.
