  • Overview

This case study demonstrates the expertise of our Personal Injury team who recently recovered £7,500 in a personal injury claim for Mrs X who was a pedestrian hit by a car.

Mrs X was crossing the car park which led to the road where she lived when she was run over by a car that the defendant had just driven out of a parking space.

Mrs X was knocked to the ground suffering injuries to her knee and ankle. Although Mrs X has made a good recovery the medical evidence was that she will be left with some permanent discomfort to her knee which would restrict her walking distance and interfere with her hobby of rambling.
