Helping bring Costa Coffee to Rochester Riverside

Our on going relationship with Goldex Investments and their Costa Coffee franchise saw us recently exchange contracts on a new unit at the new Rochester Riverside development near Rochester train station.

This is part of a £419m regeneration project of the Rochester waterfront including nearly 500 new homes. Costa will operate as one of the main tenants in the public plaza area of the development. Works will begin in early January 2020 to open the new store.
