    Claire Josef, of our residential conveyancing team, dealt with the sale of a residential property in North London where the garden land had been retained under a lock out agreement to a Developer.  If the developer had not proceeded with the purchase of the garden land; the land in question would have been ‘land locked’ so ensuring that matters moved simultaneously with necessary rights reserved and granted to/from the land was crucial.  Both transactions completed with an onward purchase and the clients were able to move their Son into their chosen school within the timescales anticipated.
