    Together with our Commercial Property Department we acted for a client in connection with the purchase of office premises.  We advised the client in connection with the procedures for obtaining vacant possession of the building that was occupied by business tenants.  We served Section 25 Notices opposing the grant of a new tenancy on the grounds that the client required vacant possession in order to redevelop the building.  We advised in connection with the evidence required to demonstrate that the client was entitled to rely on the statutory ground and successfully negotiated terms with the tenants that resulted in them vacating the building early.
