Managing property portfolios in the pandemic

Thomson Snell & Passmore advised on all aspects of the client company’s UK property portfolio from the grant of new leases, re-gears through to dilapidation issues, and acquisitions and disposals.

The client reacted quickly to the evolving situation and with the assistance of Joanne Wright of the Commercial Property Team and Alison Sparks, reviewed the relevant parts of its property portfolio and put in place procedures to manage its property risk.
