Negotiating terms of lease for prestigious Knightsbridge apartment

One of our clients wanted some help with the purchase of an apartment in the Knightsbridge area next to a very well known Department Store.  The apartment was sold with a parking space but we needed to negotiate the terms of a lease for a separate allocated space.  We also advised on the suitably high service charges and ensuring the Seller dealt with payment of Section 20 notices served around the time of the sale.  The transaction progressed smoothly and swiftly.
