Nurture Landscapes completes three acquisitions

The Corporate & Commercial team here at Thomson Snell & Passmore is delighted to say that it has recently assisted Nurture Landscapes in its three recent acquisitions (Eco Landscapes, Demita Plants and Jordans Interiors).

The purchase of Eco Landscapes completed on 30 September 2019 and Eco Landscapes will continue to trade under its own name until 30 November 2019. On 1 December 2019, it will move to the Nurture brand and this acquisition will continue to strengthen and enhance the service portfolio to clients across the South of England for both companies.

Demita Plants joined the Nurture family from 1 October 2019 and will sit within Nurture’s Plant Displays operation. Nurture also completed its acquisition of Jordans Interiors on 31 October 2019.

The corporate department, led the project team at Thomson Snell & Passmore on each of the acquisitions and was assisted by Joseph Hartland (Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team) and Alisa Sweeney (Partner in Commercial Property).
