Kate Jardine recently advised and negotiated a section 106 planning agreement in relation to a development site to provide twenty one affordable housing units.
It was important to the client to secure certain mechanisms within the agreement, providing for varying circumstances in ownership. This required close and continued negotiation with the Local Authority, which was successfully achieved and culminated in the signing of the agreement. Permission was granted for the development on 30 August 2019. Kate’s efficient and clear approach facilitated this outcome in the face of tight time constraints.
