The property was sold in excess of £3.5 million with a separate cottage in the grounds and additional land. To complicate matters, the property had previously been affected by Japanese Knotweed.
Rebecca guided the clients through the process all the way to completion to achieve the client’s desired outcome. Due to the nature of the property, thought and consideration had to be given to other matters outside of the scope of our work, including Multiple Dwelling Relief and Stamp Duty Land Tax.
Due to the expertise and experience of the conveyancing team at Thomson Snell & Passmore, the purchase was managed quickly and efficiently to the full satisfaction of the client.
