    I was the mediator and although I can clearly not  mention the details of the day I should say that it was a rare mediation ordered  by the court after evidence had completed. These are the most difficult meditations as parties have spent the money and have little to lose to simply hand the decision over to the judge. There was significant money at stake. Nevertheless the parties settled .

    Kamal skillfully managed emotional and highly motivated clients through the process . There were moments of high energy and upset and at all times Kamal was the voice of reason, sympathetic to his clients emotions but mindful of their best interests in settling on their own terms a very acrimonious battle that had waged for many years .
