Sale of pub as a going concern

Our client owned a pub in the heart of the Worcester countryside, which he wished to sell as a going concern. The sale included a freehold property, with pub and guest accommodation. It was important to our client that the sale of the business was completed in time for the buyer to take advantage of the busy Christmas and New Year trading period.
