    Alisa Sweeney, Partner in the Commercial Property team at Thomson Snell & Passmore, recently acted for our developer client, Rexton Investments Limited. 

    This was in connection with the letting and onward sale of a high profile site being the Burger King drive-through restaurant situated in the service area just off the busy A21 south of Pembury and Matfield. 

    Our clients had purchased the run down and vacant previous Blue Boys Inn with the benefit of a planning consent for change of use and conversion works to a fast food restaurant.

    After major works being carried out and us working with our client to secure a pre let to the Burger King franchisee, we assisted Rexton Investments Limited to sell the site as an investment opportunity for a pension fund.
