We advised a start-up e-cigarette vending company Vape Source Limited on their terms and conditions for locating a vending machine in a pub or similar venue.

Our client was interested to protect their commercial investment in the vending machine, whilst ensuring a balanced commercial relationship with the venue. The business model is still young and our client wanted to expand quickly with a set of terms that were fair to both parties that would not need significant negotiation for each new installation.
