The corporate team recently advised Lavender & Lillie Limited, a Kent based company which was established to supply luxury goods, produced in the UK including hand creams, diffusers and candles to individuals, shops and department stores. We advised the company on a set of commercial documents to ensure smooth trading, including a set of terms and conditions for the sale of goods and services; an additional set of website terms and conditions adapted to contain the usual provisions relating to e-commerce and prepared an email automatic acknowledgment to be sent to customers when an order is placed. In addition, we reviewed and advised the company on terms and conditions they had agreed to enter into with the manufacturer of the products and the fulfilment house that it had selected for storage and delivery.
