Thomson Snell & Passmore acted for a couple wishing to sell their 70 acre farm in Kent and relocate to a 143 acre holding in Somerset. A happy result was achieved and the clients are now establishing a hunting, shooting and walking B&B as part of their farm diversification as well as expanding their beef herd and sheep flock.
